An operator’s view
of what makes growth work.
TikTok Shop. Creator relationships. Commercial discipline. The everyday work behind the headline.
I’m Cole Dockery. I work on the systems behind social commerce: finding the right creators, helping them understand the product, building a repeatable content pipeline, and connecting channel decisions to business economics.
My experience includes TikTok Shop work with Crowned Skin. This site brings together my public operating reports, original strategy articles, and the broader brand coverage that puts that work in context.
The work gets interesting when attention becomes an operation you can run.
What I pay attention to
I’m interested in the details that determine whether growth lasts: creator activation, repeat partnerships, contribution after acquisition costs, inventory readiness, and the quality of a team’s weekly decisions.
I also explore practical AI workflows. The useful question is whether they reduce repetitive work and make the team more effective. A clear process and a verifiable output matter more than an impressive demo.
Why I write
Founders and operators need ideas they can apply. The field notes turn broad concepts into concrete questions, examples, and management habits. They distinguish published results from proposed frameworks and illustrative math.
You can review the source material behind the numbers, read the wider Crowned Skin story, or start with the article most relevant to the problem in front of you.
